How does your pizza catering work?We bring a beautiful wood-fired brick oven to your venue or home and make fresh pizza on-site. If space is limited, we have a portable oven setup designed for backyards, rooftops, and tight areas. For corporate events, many companies prefer our food truck setup, but we’re flexible with all setups for any occasion. We mainly serve buffet-style with a variety of pizzas—fast and ready with no waiting time. We also offer family-style, and the option for guests to build their own individual pizzas.

What kind of pizza do you make? Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?We make authentic Neapolitan-style pizza using double zero flour imported from Italy, fermented for 48 hours for the best flavor and texture. We also offer gluten-free crusts, halal meat options, vegan cheese, and more to accommodate any dietary needs.

How many people can you serve? How long does it take?We can serve 30 to 500+ people. Most events last about 2 to 3 hours, depending on the number of guests and your needs.
